Our services

Evolv KC provides merchant services, including credit and debit card processing, ACH, POS and terminal equipment, and related payment tools, to businesses. A free rate review is an estimate based on the statement you provide. It is not an offer or a guarantee of pricing. Any merchant account is governed by its own separate application and agreement with our processing partners.

Use of the site

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, its forms or Evie, our AI chat. Evie's answers are general information, not a binding quote. Site content is provided "as is" and may change at any time.

SMS Terms

• Program: Evolv KC texts about statement review appointments, rate quote follow-ups, account and service notices, customer support, and promotional offers.
• Opt-in: optional SMS consent checkbox at www.evolvkc.com/text-opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolv KC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our communications.

Governing law
